Account Terms

These are the house rules for every Dundas Casino account. Read them once, play by them every time you visit.

1. Saying yes to these terms

Sign up or place a bet with us and these Account Terms apply to you. They work hand in hand with our Bonus and Promotion Rules, How We Handle Your Data, Cookies and Tracking, Safer Play, Anti-Money Laundering Policy and Underage Gambling Policy. Not on board with any part? Then please do not play.

2. Who can play

  • You are 19 or older.
  • You are in Canada, in a province or territory whose local law permits online casino play.
  • You play for yourself, never on behalf of someone else.
  • You have no active self-exclusion or cooling-off break with us.

Neon on only where the law allows: online casino play must be lawful in your home region. Everything we do follows Canadian law on minimum age, on confirming identity and on stopping money laundering. Your opening deposit stays parked until two checks clear: who you are, and where you log in from.

3. One player, one account

  • Each person can hold a single account.
  • Sign up with true details and keep them current.
  • We close extra accounts. We may hold their balances while we look into them.
  • Do not share your password. Anything done through your login is treated as your own activity.

4. Our content

The Dundas Casino name and logo, plus this site's graphics, text and design, belong to us or to our partner studios. Use them to play here, nothing more. No copying, no reselling, no scraping.

5. Money in, money out

Every balance and every transaction shows in Canadian dollars (CAD). The casino charges zero fees on deposits or withdrawals.

  • Minimum deposit: C$10.

  • Maximum withdrawal: C$10,000 per Interac transaction; C$40,000 by bank transfer.
  • Payout speed: Most methods deliver funds in 1 to 4 hours. A bank wire may need up to 12 hours.

Payments must come from accounts that belong to you. Identity and anti-money laundering checks can pause a payout until they are complete. Our Anti-Money Laundering Policy has the details.

6. When these terms change

New terms? The updated text gets posted right here, stamped with a new date. Major changes show up as a notice when you next sign in. Play on after an update takes effect and the new terms apply to you.

7. Complaints

Hit a snag at the tables? Email support@dundascasino.app. Tell us your username, when it happened and what went wrong. Screenshots help, so attach them if you have them. Each complaint gets a proper investigation and an answer by email.

8. Bonuses

Bonuses and promotions are governed separately by our Bonus and Promotion Rules. Where the two documents conflict on a bonus matter, the bonus rules take priority.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Canadian law and by the law in force where you play. Disputes are resolved under those same laws.

10. Not allowed at our tables

  • Letting bots, scripts or other programs play for you.
  • Working with other players to cheat or fix outcomes.
  • Exploiting a bug or error instead of reporting it to us.
  • Playing with another person's identity or payment method.
  • Money laundering, fraud or any other crime.
  • Hiding your location, or playing from somewhere online casino play is not allowed.
  • Sending our staff messages that are abusive or threatening.

Any breach of these rules may result in voided bets, withheld winnings and account closure.

11. Limits of our liability

We run this site with care, but nonstop availability is not something we can promise. Losses caused by a dropped internet connection, a fault on your device or anything outside our control are not our responsibility. Where the law forbids these limits, they do not apply. Gambling carries a real risk of losing money: play only with funds you can afford to lose.

12. Games, RNG and live tables

  • Every game has an info screen with its rules and payouts. Open it before you play.
  • Digital slots and table games draw results from a random number generator.
  • Live dealer games follow the result at the real table, as dealt on camera.
  • Where a malfunction affects a play or payout, that play or payout is void.
  • If a result is disputed, our game logs decide it.
