Bonus and Promotion Rules

Every bonus at Dundas Casino runs on the rules below. Know them before you opt in and your bonus play stays simple.

1. General rules

All bonuses are optional, and you are never required to accept one.
Bonus money sits in its own balance, separate from your cash.
Promotions are for personal, recreational play only.
These rules work alongside our Account Terms.

2. One bonus at a time

The rule is simple: a single live bonus per account. A new bonus only starts once the current one is completed, expires or gets forfeited.

3. Bet cap during bonus play

While you play with bonus funds, there is a maximum stake for each spin or hand.
The offer details list the cap before you opt in.
Go over the cap and we can void the bonus and whatever it has won you.

4. Opting in

Bonuses never switch on by themselves. You claim them from your account.
Ontario rules do not allow public advertising of incentives. Ontario players see our offers only after they register and sign in.
We do not publicly advertise bonuses in Alberta.

5. Maximum conversion

Some offers put a ceiling on how much bonus money turns into withdrawable cash. You will find that ceiling in each offer's details. On the welcome cashback, the top figure is C$1,500 in bonus funds.

6. Wagering and game types

Most rewards carry no wagering at all (0x), including free spins and prize wheel wins.
The welcome cashback is the exception. Its bonus funds must be played through once (1x).
Where a playthrough requirement exists, the offer details show the eligible game types and the contribution each makes toward it.
Check that list before you play. Slots, table games and live games can count differently.
Our irregular play policy applies to every reward, with or without wagering.

7. Expiry

Welcome cashback bonus funds last 7 days. After those 7 days, any unused amount is removed. Other promotions list their own expiry in the offer details.

8. Who can take part

Players 19 and older located in Canada, in a province or territory whose local law permits online casino play.
Holders of a single, verified account. We check identity and location before any deposit.
Offers cannot be claimed by accounts under self-exclusion or during a cooling-off period.
Each offer starts with a deposit: C$10 minimum. Skip the deposit and the offer stays dark.

10. Bonus abuse and voiding

Bonuses are for real play, not risk-free extraction. These count as irregular play:

Creating multiple accounts to grab the same offer again and again.
Betting both sides of a game, or using low-risk patterns, just to clear a bonus.
Going over the bet cap.
Teaming up with other players to share or move bonus value.
Qualifying through another person's payment method or identity.

If our checks spot irregular play, the bonus gets voided, along with every payout it led to. Serious cases can also end with the account being closed.

11. Changes
